- Company Types: Mixed industries and a wide range of companies from Fortune 500 companies to startups.
- Geographic Reach: US, UK, Europe, and beyond.
Format:
Pre-recorded 30-40 mins of content followed by 15 mins live Q&A on the day.
Session Guidelines:
- Educational, Practical Focus: Ensure that your session teaches the attendees something new, providing valuable insights from your experience and applicable tips.
- Ready-to-Use Tools and Strategies: Provide practical tools or frameworks that attendees can use to solve real challenges and include clear, actionable strategies that participants can implement in their leadership roles immediately after the summit.
- Real-Life Examples: Share real-life examples and case studies to illustrate your points and show your expertise in the subject.
- Be Real: We ****encourage connecting on a human level with attendees rather than acting in I-know-it-all manner. Sharing stories with lessons learnt from personal failures or awkward moments will create a deeper connection and show the attendees that you can truly understand them and their problems.
- Engaging Content: Aim to create an engaging experience. You can include stories, exercises, videos and other elements to hook the attention of your audience.
